Paul L. has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Paul began their career in 1997 as the Director of Operations at HCAS, Inc. In 2000, they moved to American Medical Alert Corp. as the Vice President of Business Development, where they led a FORTUNE Small Business 100 corporate sales division with eight call centers and five district sales offices. In 2012, they joined TelePractice Management, Inc. as a Healthcare Executive and Senior Manager, where they were a hands-on strategic and business transformation-consultant with a focus on patient engagement relationships. In 2013, they co-founded Home Health Connected, a growing community exclusively for home health leaders. Finally, in 2015, they joined CuraCall, Inc. as President and CEO, where they provided multi-lingual, compassionate, efficient, HIPAA compliant answering services, exclusively to the home care industry.

Paul L. obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from St. John's University between 1981 and 1985, majoring in Marketing/Marketing Management, General. Paul then went on to pursue their Master of Arts (MA) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, which they completed in 2007.
