Henry Mascot has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2013 with Velexo IT Solutions, where they were CoFounder and CPO. Henry then moved on to HUB10 (Hub for Technology and Enterpreneurship) in 2015, where they were Co-Founder. In 2017, they joined Falcon and Associates as Entrepreneur In Residence for the Dubai100 Healthcare Accelerator Program, which was sponsored by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. In 2018, they became Growth Executive at Amplified Payment Systems Ltd and, in 2019, they joined 54gene as a Growth Consultant. Most recently, they founded and became CEO of Curacel, which is backed by Google, YCombinator, Facebook (ngHub), Tencent, AAF Management, Pioneer Cap, Elefund, Bluepointe Ventures, Consonance, Atlantica, and Kepple Africa.

Henry Mascot is currently enrolled in Y Combinator and Creative Destruction Lab, both of which they began in 2022. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Technology Entrepreneurship from MEST Africa in 2016, a Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp in 2015, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Enugu State University of Science and Technology in 2014.
