Claire Hathaway has over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry. In 2004, they began their career as the Lead Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer for the Gansevoort Hotel Group. Claire then moved on to Geoffrey Weill Associates, Inc. in 2008 as an Account Executive for Weill Public Relations. In 2009, they became the Director of Sales & Revenue Management for Hotel Elysee, part of The Library Collection. In 2010, they joined Jetsetter, A TripAdvisor Company as the Director of Strategic Accounts and later Regional Manager (Gilt Groupe). In 2015, they were named VP of Strategic Accounts at Triptease and in 2019, they became the TrustYou, Head of US Sales, Operations & Customer Success. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Chief Sales Officer at Curacity.

Claire Hathaway attended Oldfields School from 1995 to 1999. Claire then went on to Denison University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and English. During their time at Denison, they also studied abroad at Lorenzo de 'Medici Institute in Florence, Italy from 2001 to 2002. In 2019, they obtained a certification in The Science of Well-Being from Yale University via Coursera.
