Abigail Paras

Abigail Paras, MPH, is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in program management and implementation across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Implementation Manager at Curai Health, Abigail previously held key roles, including Senior Director of Programs at Sepsis Alliance, where strategic direction and partnerships were paramount. At Amazon, leadership was demonstrated through the development of mental health strategies and restructuring clinician compensation. With an earlier role at SteadyMD, Abigail successfully expanded telehealth services and improved the clinician hiring process. Additionally, experience at Cure SMA involved managing clinical care programs and establishing education initiatives. Abigail holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Saint Louis University.
