Leonard Gega

Leonard Gega is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and business development across various sectors, including hemp, CBD, and consumer packaged goods. Currently serving as Vice President of Hemp and Vice President CBD and Wellness at Curaleaf since May 2023, Leonard previously provided strategic consulting services from May 2021 to May 2023. At National Convenience Distributors, Leonard held the position of Senior Vice President Strategy Business Development, overseeing expansion and operational realignment. Earlier roles include founding Grumbol, managing retail strategy at Altria, and leading teams across various marketing and business development roles.
