Thasheena Cutno

Thasheena Cutno, M.Ed., is an experienced leader in organizational development and learning, currently serving as the Vice President of Organizational Development & Learning at Curaleaf since October 2022. Prior to this role, Thasheena held the position of Director of Organizational Development & Learning at Bancroft from March 2018 to October 2022 and worked as the Organizational Development Manager at the Visiting Nurse Association Health Group from October 2016 to March 2018. Thasheena's career began at Old Dominion University, where the role of Senior Training Consultant was held from November 2010 to September 2016. Thasheena earned a Master of Education in adult education and development from Strayer University.
