Jessica Huntley has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Jessica currently serves as the Carer Support Team Manager at Curam, a UK wide health-tech platform for self-employed carers. Jessica'sresponsibilities include approving and retaining carers for the platform, providing support to carers during the approval process, and facilitating communication between carers and clients.

Prior to their current role, Jessica worked as the Permanent Recruitment Manager at Chefs In Scotland. During their time there from 2015 to 2020, they focused on recruiting senior roles in the hospitality industry, ranging from executive chefs in 5-star resorts to sous chefs in small country house hotels.

Jessica gained practical experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie at Horseshoe Inn from 2014 to 2015, and as a Chef de Partie at Buccleuch & Queensberry Hotel from 2012 to 2013.

In addition to their professional roles, Jessica spent two summers as a Commis chef at The Carnegie Club at Skibo Castle.
