David successfully led multiple workgroups to improve Express Scripts operations and implemented various projects.

David also has experience at Medco Health Solutions, Inc., where they held the position of Director, Account Management. In this role, they successfully grew the Southeast region by acquiring new clients and increasing the drug spend. David managed a team of Account Executives and consistently exceeded goals.

Earlier in their career, David worked at Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) in various positions. As the Director of Business Solutions and Development at ACS Federal Healthcare, they designed and implemented healthcare websites and applications. At ACS State Healthcare, they worked as the Director of Operations and played a pivotal role in growing the Prescription Benefits Management Unit and managing various operational activities. Additionally, they worked as a Client Services Manager at ACS Prescription Benefits Management (PBM) and was instrumental in growing the unit's revenue.

David's work experience also includes serving in the U.S. Army Reserves as a Shop Officer & Platoon Leader and working as a Business Analyst at ACS/Consultec, where they designed and implemented the Prescription Drug Card System for Florida Medicaid.

Prior to that, they worked at CarMax as a Regional Operations Manager & Consultant, where they were responsible for opening new stores, streamlining retail service operations, and overseeing inventory management.

Throughout their career, David Cunnold has consistently demonstrated their leadership skills and ability to drive operational excellence.

David Cunnold earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, which they completed from 1989 to 1993. David further pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Management and Operations, from the same institute, attending from 1993 to 1995.
