Maisha Leek

Maisha C. Leek currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at iMentor, where leadership focuses on cross-functional strategy and execution that integrates technology, education, and equity. Prior to this role, significant contributions were made as Managing Director at Forum Ventures and as a partner at Human Ventures, fostering innovative businesses and supporting underrepresented founders. Maisha has also founded a consulting practice to help scaling enterprises and has held advisory positions in various organizations, including The Big Favorite and CreateSafe. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania, along with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity College in Washington, DC, and further studies at Harvard Kennedy School.
