Pruthvi Nanjappa

Pruthvi Nanjappa has a strong background in human resources, with experience spanning over two decades. Pruthvi is currently the Co-Founder & CEO of CURATAL, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at MetricStream from September 2017 to October 2022. Before that, they worked at Ness Technologies as the Vice President of Human Resources for India and North America from March 2009 to November 2016. Pruthvi also held key roles in HR at ANZ, Microsoft India, Intel Technology (I) Pvt Ltd., and Novell Software Development (I) Pvt Ltd., showcasing their expertise in various industries and companies.

Pruthvi Nanjappa completed their education in a chronological order. Pruthvi started with their high school education at Vijaya High School in Bengaluru from 1984 to 1987, where they obtained their High School diploma. Afterward, they pursued a Pre-University course at Bangalore University from 1987 to 1989, specializing in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology (PCMB). Following this, Pruthvi obtained their Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Zoology, and Sericulture from Bangalore University in 1992. In 1992-1993, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations at Bangalore University, focusing on Labor and Industrial Relations. Pruthvi later earned their MBA from the Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship from 1996 to 1998, specializing in Management. Additionally, in 2015-2017, they obtained a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coaching Federation.
