Carrie Rubalcaba

Carrie Rubalcaba has extensive experience in human resources. Carrie is currently working as a Human Resources Director at Curated Events since 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director Human Resources at SixSails from 2019 to 2023, and also worked as a Human Resources Manager at SixSails for a brief period in 2019. Before joining SixSails, they worked at Albuquerque Public Schools as a Human Resources Staffing Consultant from 2017 to 2018 and as a Coordinator of Field Services and District Recruiter from 2015 to 2017. Carrie began their career at The University of New Mexico as a Student Recruitment Specialist from 2008 to 2015.

Carrie Rubalcaba has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a concentration in Human Resource Management from The University of New Mexico. Carrie also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the same university, majoring in Mass Communication & Journalism and Business. Additionally, Carrie received a Culture Index Certification from Culture Index in June 2020.
