Susan Shihab Soofi

Susan Shihab Soofi has a diverse work experience in various industries. Susan currently holds the position of VP of Candidate Growth at Curative since 2022. Previously, they worked as the Director of Marketing at WorkN from 2021 to 2022, where they focused on improving customer experience in the staffing industry. Prior to that, Susan worked at The Delta Companies from 2016 to 2021, holding various roles including Associate Director of Advertising and Sourcing Strategy, Advertising Principal, and Advertising Specialist. Susan also served as a Credentialing/ HR Generalist at Delta Healthcare Providers from 2014 to 2017. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Facility Intern at Covenant Surgicenter Ltd in 2012, an Intern with the Parioperative Finance Manager at Covenant Health in 2011, and an Operations Intern at Grace Clinic in 2010.

Susan Shihab Soofi pursued their education at The University of Texas at Dallas, where they completed a Master's Degree in Marketing from 2012 to 2013. During the same period, they also obtained a Master's Degree in Healthcare Management from the same institution. Prior to their postgraduate studies, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from 2008 to 2012 and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from 2008 to 2011, both from The University of Texas at Dallas. Additionally, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma- Greenbelt certification from the University of Texas at Dallas in July 2014.
