Charles Cassaro

Charles Cassaro has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. From 2007 to 2016, they held the position of Service Manager at Paradise Bicycles. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as General Manager and Manager at Jimmy John's. Most recently, they have been employed by Curaytor as a Customer Success Manager and Internal Sales Associate since 2019.

Charles Cassaro attended the University of Florida from 2010 to 2013, studying Mechanical Engineering. Charles also attended Edison State Community College from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS). In February 2021, they obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER.
