Rachel Tierney has worked in the real estate industry since 2007. Rachel began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. During their time there, they were involved in accounting for repairs and utilities, obtaining HOA estoppels, preparing listing folders, and processing pending paperwork for over 400+ bank owned properties. Rachel also prepared property values through Broker Price Opinions and monthly marketing reports. In 2009, Rachel worked as a Server/Cocktail Waitress at Church Street Entertainment. In 2011, they joined Remax Central Realty as a Transaction and Marketing Coordinator. During this time, they were on their way to becoming a licensed agent. In 2015, Rachel became a Licensed Realtor at Keller Williams Winter Park and also served as Team Administrator for Team Henderson. Here, they were involved in every transaction to ensure top-of-the-line communication among clients, lenders, title companies, and many other vendors. In 2017, Rachel joined Todd Schroth Home Selling Team, brokered by eXp Realty as Director of Operations, where they managed all of the team agents and systems, was in charge of agent onboarding, setting up the agents systems and continuous trainings and workshops, managed all tech platforms and systems, and directed the team on goals, expectations and oversaw lead management and operation systems. Rachel also ran the Zillow Flex account for the team and made sure the standards were set in place and implemented by the agents. Additionally, they acted as Operations & Marketing Manager & Licensed Realtor, focusing on using creative and proprietary marketing techniques including marketing property listings, taking property photos, creating advertising pieces, and managing social media campaigns. In 2022, Rachel began working as a Customer Success Manager at Curaytor.
Rachel Tierney attended Valencia College from 2007 to 2009 and obtained an Associate's Degree in General Studies.
