Amanda Heinz

Amanda Heinz, MTA, currently serves as the Development Manager for Events at CURE Childhood Cancer since August 2023. Previously, Amanda held various positions at Georgia Southern University from January 2018 to August 2023, culminating as the Assistant Director of Special Events & Protocol in the Office of the President, where responsibilities included developing strategic plans and supervising event coordinators. Prior roles involved event logistics at Armstrong State University, project coordination at Kaufman-Heinz, LLC, and programming management at the Savannah College of Art and Design. Early career experiences include internships at Americans for the Arts and Experient, and positions at Fresno Pacific University and the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities. Amanda holds a Master's degree in Event & Meeting Management and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language & Literature from The George Washington University.
