Gokul Lekshmanan possesses extensive experience in the field of training and operations management, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Learning Development at cure.fit (cult.fit) since November 2020, with previous roles as Training SME and Center Manager. Prior to this, Gokul worked as an Operations Trainer for the Academy Staff at Cure.Fit and as an Assistant Center Manager at CultFit. Gokul's career began in HR recruitment, with positions at ZAWD Global, Span Outsourcing (METRICFOX), and Xena Placement Services, where responsibilities included candidate screening, client coordination, and team management.
