CEO and Founder at Cure Hydration

Lauren Picasso has had an extensive career in the business world. Lauren began their career in 2007 as a Summer Intern at Ralph Lauren in the Men's Wholesale department. In 2008, they moved on to Bloomingdales, where they held the roles of Senior Assistant Buyer and Assistant Buyer for Women's Bridge Collections and Women's Designer RTW, respectively. In 2010, they joined Rent The Runway as a Manager of Merchandising and Business Development, and later as a Buyer. In 2013, they worked as a Strategic Partnerships MBA Intern at Google. In 2014, they joined Jet.com as a Director of Marketing and later as an Associate Director of Marketing. In 2019, they were an Entrepreneur In Residence at Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs. Most recently, in 2018, they founded and became the CEO of Cure Hydration, a VC-backed wellness brand based in New York City that sells plant-based functional drink mixes.

Lauren Picasso attended Harvard Business School from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.). Lauren also attended the University of Pennsylvania from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a Cognitive Neuroscience focus.
