Earnest Kioko

Senior Director of Spiritual Ministry at CURE International

Earnest Kioko serves as Senior Director, Spiritual Ministry. In this position, Earnest is responsible for providing technical and functional leadership to the spiritual ministry teams at each of the CURE hospitals, as well as providing guidance to individuals engaging in spiritual ministry activities within the CURE Clubfoot and CURE Hydrocephalus & Spina Bifida programs. In addition, he is responsible for the development, organization, and dissemination of Christian ministry resources for use across the CURE network.

Until 2018, Earnest served as the Spiritual Director of CURE Kenya. He joined CURE Kenya immediately after completing his theological studies at Scott Christian University in July 2005. He served as a chaplain from 2005 to 2008, CURE Clubfoot Kenya Counseling Coordinator of 2008 to 2015, and Assistant Spiritual Director from 2010 to 2015. In June of 2015, Earnest transitioned to the role of Spiritual Director.

Earnest holds a bachelor’s degree in theology and a master’s degree in education from Scott Christian University in Kenya. He is a licensed pastor with Africa Inland Church.
