Joseph Maweja

Dr. Maweja serves as the Medical Officer for CURE Zambia. In this role, he works hand in hand with medical consultants to provide high quality medical care to patients. He earned his medical degree from the University Of Lubumbashi in 2004. Afterward, he worked at Gecamines Sud Hospital and Kamolondo General Hospital in Lubumbashi, DRC. In 2015, he moved to Zambia where he has worked in private and government hospitals within the country. He served as a general practitioner at Hilltop Hospital just before joining the team at CURE.
