Rekha Balakrishnan has extensive experience in quality and food safety management, currently serving as the Head of Quality & Food Safety at Curefoods (EatFit) since June 2017. Prior to this role, Rekha held the position of Quality Operations Manager at Cure.Fit, focusing on quality operations and ISO standards. Previous experience includes serving as HSEQ Manager at Compass Group USA and QHSE at Sodexo, where responsibilities encompassed food safety, work safety, auditing, and training. Rekha also worked as a Food and Beverage Specialist at Johnson Controls @ Shell, conducting hygiene audits and risk assessments, as well as Quality Assurance at MANIPAL INTEGRATED SERVICES, implementing food safety and quality management systems. Rekha holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Biotechnology from SRM University.
