Osama Qureshi

Osama Qureshi's work experience began in 2017 at Expo Center, where they worked as an Event Management Specialist. During this role, they focused on branding and designing events, as well as managing events at various venues. In 2019, they joined epay, a Euronet Worldwide Company, as a Credit Controller. Osama'sresponsibilities included managing financial queries, conducting credit checks on new customers, and handling credit level escalations for regions including the MENA, United Kingdom, and Nordic regions. In 2021, Osama joined Rocket Money (formerly Truebill) as a Billing Support Executive. Here, they negotiated bills for customers, provided financial solutions, and had knowledge of service provider service plans. Currently, they are working at CureMD as a Customer Success Associate. In this role, they assist in developing customer success programs and initiatives, conducts data analysis, collaborates with account managers, and executes customer success plans. Osama Qureshi completed their Matriculation from Govt High School Allama Iqbal Town Lahore between 2012 and 2014, with a field of study focused on Science. Osama then pursued FSC Pre Medical at Government College Of Science Lahore from 2014 to 2016. Currently, Osama is engaged in studying for a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree with a concentration in Marketing at the University of Education in Lahore, which they began in 2016 and is expected to conclude in 2020.
