Gregory Scott Horowitt

Gregory Scott Horowitt has over two decades of experience in the field of innovation and economic development. Gregory is currently a Strategic Advisor at CureMetrix, but they have also Co-Founded and directed Global CONNECT, an organization that helps advise governments, universities, NGOs, and leading public-private partnerships on innovation ecosystem design and implementation. In addition, they have also been Interim Managing Director at CONNECT, an organization credited with San Diego’s success as a technology leader. Throughout their career, Gregory Scott Horowitt has been focused on areas of strategy, public policy, capital formation, technology transfer, entrepreneurship program development, and global business facilitation programs. Gregory has also been personally involved with and/or mentored more than 200 companies.
