Desiree Pereira

Desiree Pereira has a diverse work experience in related fields. Desiree is currently serving as the Head of Category at Cureskin since June 2022. Prior to this, they founded Disguise Cosmetics in April 2018 and held the position of Founder until October 2022. Before that, they worked at L'Oréal as an Executive from July 2015 to March 2018, where they focused on innovation projects and product development in India and Southeast Asia. Desiree also has experience as the Founder of SMoooMe from May 2014 to March 2015, where they managed various operational areas and successfully launched a product validation campaign. Additionally, Desiree worked as a Junior Research Associate at ITC Limited from January 2012 to December 2013, where they contributed to skin care product development and conducted consumer studies for new product creation.

Desiree Pereira has a diverse education history. In 2008, they enrolled at Manipal Institute of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Biotechnology. Desiree completed their undergraduate degree in 2012.

Following their undergraduate studies, Desiree pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law at the National Law School of India University from 2012 to 2014. This program provided their with specialized knowledge in the field of Intellectual Property Law.

In 2014, Desiree attended IE Business School, where they obtained a Master's degree in Sales & Marketing. This program enhanced their skills and knowledge in the area of Sales & Marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Desiree has also achieved various certifications. In 2014, they obtained an intermediate level of fluency in Spanish through the Duolingo language learning platform. In 2016, they obtained a beginner level of fluency in French through the same platform. Furthermore, in 2016, Desiree earned the NISM Series V A certification in Mutual Fund Distributors, which was awarded by the National Institute of Securities Markets.
