Ela Dukaj

Ela Dukaj is a seasoned data governance and analytics professional with significant experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Senior Data Governance Lead at CureVac since April 2025, Ela previously held roles such as Senior Data Analytics Consultant at Eraneos from October 2022 to March 2025, specializing in leading data analytics projects and translating business needs into technical requirements. Prior experience includes working as a Life Sciences Data Expert at Veeva Systems, responsible for product development and data quality assurance, and serving as a Senior Data Analyst and Project Manager at GFS Research, where project management and survey research were key responsibilities. Ela has also contributed to academia as a lecturer at various institutions, teaching subjects related to database systems and programming. Ela holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from the University of Tirana, along with a specialization in Cybersecurity from Dekra Akademie GmbH.
