Christos Michas

Christos Michas has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Christos is currently working as an R&D Scientist/Engineer at Curi Bio, starting in May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Postdoctoral Associate at Boston University College of Engineering from October 2021 to May 2022. During their time at Boston University, they also served as a Graduate Researcher in Tissue Engineering from July 2017 to September 2021, and as a Graduate Researcher in Neural Interfaces from September 2015 to July 2017. In addition, Christos worked as a Technology Business & Marketing Analyst at Boston University from December 2020 to December 2021. Christos also gained experience as a Startup Business Developer in CardioMetry at Cardiometry from October 2019 to August 2020. Furthermore, they worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at the National Technical University of Athens from September 2014 to May 2015.

Christos Michas has an extensive education history. In 1998, they obtained a School Diploma from The Moraitis School. Christos then went on to pursue a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, completing their studies in 2015. During their time at the university, they also obtained a Goethe-Zertifikat B2 (Certificate of Proficiency in German) in 2013 and a CPE C2 (Certificate of Proficiency in English) in 2008.

Following their undergraduate and master's degrees, Christos Michas enrolled at the Boston University College of Engineering in 2015 and pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biomedical Engineering. Christos successfully completed their doctoral program in September 2021. Additionally, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Biomedical Engineering certification from Boston University College of Engineering.

In 2016 and again in 2020, Christos Michas was selected as a fellow for specialized programs. Christos attended the Redwood Center Theoretical Neuroscience Summer School at the University of California, Berkeley, and the Business of Biotech Course at RA Capital Management.

In 2022, Christos Michas attended Harvard Business School and obtained a mini-MBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Christos also received a Harvard GSAS mini-MBA certification from the Harvard GSAS Business Club in the same year.

In terms of language proficiency, Christos Michas holds a DALF C1 (Certificate of Proficiency in French) obtained from the Ministère de l'Éducation nationale in July 2008.
