Dhiraj Sonawane

Dhiraj Sonawane serves as the Head of Global Shared Services at AMRI since November 2020, focusing on shared services setup, strategy development, hiring, and process stabilization. Prior to AMRI, Dhiraj held the position of Director - Center Head - Global Shared Services at Solenis from June 2016 to November 2020, where responsibilities included shared services setup and continuous improvement strategies. Dhiraj's extensive experience at EY from January 2007 to June 2016 included roles as Assistant Director and Manager, where responsibilities encompassed business controls, compliance, service excellence, and the establishment of shared service centers in various regions. Dhiraj started the career at Sterlite Industries and gained additional experience in project management and finance operations at Infosys BPO and Accenture. Dhiraj holds degrees in business transformation, leadership, and strategic management from reputed institutions such as Indian School of Business, Jack Welch Management Institute, and Columbia Business School, along with certifications in Six Sigma.
