Michael Rosenberg

Michael Rosenberg has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Financial Representative Co-op at John Hancock Life Insurance Company, where they managed vendor invoices and completed a project on suppression rate calculation. In 2010, they worked as a Forensic Accounting Co-op at Carey & Company, where they reconstructed financial statements and analyzed tax returns. Michael also served as a Managerial Accounting Teaching Assistant at Northeastern University during the same period.

In 2011, Michael joined GE Oil & Gas as a Financial Management Program Co-op, where they were responsible for reporting and general accounting functions. Michael then transitioned to GE Power & Water in 2012, taking on various roles such as Renewables Commercial Finance Analyst, Power Generation Cash and Balance Sheet Analyst, and Power & Water HQ Sourcing Finance Analyst, among others. During their time at GE Power & Water, they streamlined reporting processes, managed budgets, and supported various financial initiatives.

In 2014, Michael joined GE Renewable Energy as an Onshore Wind FP&A Analyst, where they coordinated financial estimates and quarterly closing processes for a multi-billion dollar business. Michael also supported functional GMs, managed financial reporting, and drove continuous improvements in forecasting processes.

Since 2016, Michael has been working at Curia (formerly AMRI) in roles such as Vice President, Finance, and Senior Director, Finance. In their current role, they have been responsible for financial leadership, M&A, and strategic planning. Michael has also completed the disposition of a manufacturing site and provided essential analysis to support the sale of AMRI.

Michael Rosenberg earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Clarkson University Graduate School, from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Finance and Accounting, from Northeastern University, from 2007 to 2012. In 2010, they studied abroad at John Cabot University, focusing on Business. Michael completed their high school education at Dwight-Englewood School and obtained a high school diploma from 2003 to 2007.
