Minna Rannikko has extensive work experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Minna started their career at Bayer HealthCare as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in 1994 and worked there until 2000. Minna then moved to Bio-Techne, where they served as the Director of Research and Development from 2000 to 2011. Following this, they joined Mount Wachusett Community College as a Biotechnology Adjunct Faculty member from 2010 to 2012. In 2011, they joined Shire as a Project Manager and Process Engineer and later took on roles as a Senior Quality Assurance Manager and Head of Manufacturing. In 2018, Minna Rannikko became the Senior Director of Technical Operations at Curia (formerly AMRI).
Minna Rannikko obtained their MS degree in Chemical Engineering from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering, during the period 1992-1994.
