Marta Lozano Bueno

Marta Lozano Bueno is a judicial law clerk at the Court of Justice of the European Union since October 2018, following experience as a trainee at DLA Piper and Latham & Watkins, focusing on European competition, antitrust law, and merger control. Prior to this, Marta worked as an international debt recovery lawyer at Crédito y Caución, managing debt for francophone companies and negotiating settlements. Marta's earlier roles included senior sales associate at TOD'S Group and sales associate at El Corte Inglés, where exceptional customer service and strong communication skills were demonstrated. Marta holds an LLM in European Union Law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a Master's degree in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, complemented by studies in French Law at Paris-Sud University.
