Peter Sjølie

Head of Projects at Curida

Peter Sjølie has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Peter started their career as a summer intern at Moelven Wood AS in 2016. In 2017, they joined SINTEF Raufoss Manufacturing AS as a Trainee in Production Technology, where they worked on projects related to developing new production systems involving complex vision systems and industrial robots.

In 2018, Peter joined Curida as a Trainee, Manufacturing Engineer, where they served as a Project Manager for the company's first investment in industrial robots. Peter also participated in projects related to procurement and establishment of new production systems.

After completing their traineeship at Curida, Peter joined the Trainee Innlandet program in 2017, which provided regional trainee opportunities in different companies over a two-year period. During this time, they gained experience in various roles and companies.

In 2019, Peter joined Nammo Raufoss AS as a Trainee, Project Engineer. Here, they focused on the development of new cost-saving automation projects and conducted practical proof of concept testing, process development, and improvement.

Currently, Peter Sjølie is working at Curida as the Head of Projects since October 2021.

Peter Sjølie completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Production Technology at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2012 to 2017.
