Jane Collins

Jane Collins has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jane currently holds the position of VP, Engagement, Development & Inclusion at Curinos, a role they started in August 2022. Prior to this, Jane was the Head of Strategic Programs & Initiatives at Curinos from May 2021 to August 2022.

Before joining Curinos, Jane worked at Informa Financial Intelligence as the Head of Strategic Programs and Initiatives for FBX since October 2020. Jane was also the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Informa from February 2020 to October 2020.

In 2020, Jane was involved in co-founding AllInforma Illuminate, a colleague-led network within Informa that promotes accessibility and inclusion for colleagues and customers with disabilities and conditions.

From 2015 to 2020, Jane served as the General Manager at Mapa Research, responsible for managing and developing the Finance, Operations, and Research functions. Prior to that, they held various roles at FusePump Ltd, including Business Affairs Director, COO, and Head of Talent, where they managed daily operations, HR, IT, and client services.

In 2009, Jane worked as a Business Development professional at Cove Industrial Enterprises, generating new business leads and establishing contacts. Jane also owned and operated their own bespoke soft furnishing company, Plain Jane's, from 2005 to 2008.

Jane's early career included roles at global telecommunications providers WorldCom and MCII, where they managed infrastructure, network planning, and international voice traffic. Jane also gained experience in logistics administration within the MotoGP industry.

Jane Collins began their education at Prendergast Grammar School from 1974 to 1981. Jane then attended The Open University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in History & European Studies, with a focus on French. After completing their formal education, Jane pursued additional certifications in various fields. These certifications include being a Youth Mental Health First Aider and a Mental Health First Aider, which they obtained in November 2021 and September 2020, respectively. Jane also obtained certifications in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Unconscious Bias, Executive Presence on Video Conference Calls, Leading with Emotional Intelligence, Remote Work Foundations, and Fundamentals of Risk Management from various institutions, including Udemy, LinkedIn, and the Institute of Risk Management. In February 2021, they obtained a certification as a Clean Sport Advis from UKAD LTD. Furthermore, Jane has completed a program in Business Administration and Management, General at Hult Ashridge.
