Valerie Ward

Valerie Ward's work experience includes various roles in talent acquisition, recruitment, and administration. Since February 2022, they have been serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Compensation at Curinos. Prior to this, from March 2017 to February 2022, they worked as a Senior Recruiter at the same company. From March 2015 to March 2017, Valerie was the Recruiting and Training Administrator at Curinos. Before joining Curinos, they worked as an Executive Search Consultant at Lucas Group from April 2014 to January 2015. Valerie also had a role as an Associate Recruitment Consultant - Immigration Specialist at PageGroup from December 2013 to April 2014. Additionally, they gained work experience as a Workforce Development Intern and an Intake & Resource Clinic Intern at the International Institute of Boston from July 2011 to March 2013. Valerie's early professional experience includes being a Research Intern at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP) in 2012 and a Teacher's Assistant at Saint-Germain de Charonne in 2010.

Valerie Ward attended Northeastern University from 2008 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Affairs and French. Valerie also completed minors in Political Science and Sociology during their time at Northeastern University. Additionally, in 2010, Valerie studied at the Institut catholique de Paris, focusing on French, European Union Studies, and French Political Economy.
