Carol W. has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Carol started their career in 1997 as a Recruitment Specialist at the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. From there, they worked at the City of Alpharetta where they held multiple roles, including Finance Director, Budget Manager, and Training & Development Manager. Carol then moved on to the City of Milton as the Director of Operations, where they played a key role in establishing the newly chartered city and implementing departmental structures and budget planning. Carol then joined CH2M as the Director of Administration and Contract Liaison, responsible for overseeing administrative functions and managing contracts. Following this, Carol worked as the City Manager, Director of Human Resources, and Finance at the City of Chattahoochee Hills. Subsequently, they worked at DPM Fragrance (later acquired by CURiO Brands) as the GM & Chief of Operations, where they achieved significant revenue growth and fostered a collaborative work culture.
