Ryan Radermacher

Ryan Radermacher has over 19 years of experience in the packaging engineering field. Ryan currently holds the position of Principal Packaging Engineer at CURiO Brands since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Vireo Health, Inc. as Principal Packaging Engineer from 2019 to 2023, where they designed, tested, and implemented packages as part of the product development process. Ryan also worked at Bluestem Brands as a Senior Packaging Engineer/Product Manager from 2012 to 2019, where they managed the packaging portfolio and developed a sustainable packaging team. Ryan started their career at General Mills in 2007 as a Packaging Engineer II and later became a Senior R&D Packaging Engineer in the Baking Division, responsible for leading packaging projects and managing packaging for productivity projects. Before that, they worked at Donaldson Company Inc as a Packaging Engineer, overseeing packaging operations for multiple manufacturing plants. Ryan also gained experience as a Packaging Engineer Intern at Entegris and as a Packaging Manufacturing Engineer/Co-Op at Amana Refrigeration/Maytag Co., where they contributed to the development and testing of packaging solutions.

Ryan Radermacher completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, where they attended from 1998 to 2003.
