Joe Touchet

Joe Touchet is a packaging engineering professional with extensive experience in the food industry, specifically in rigid resin and dairy packaging. From March 2015 to January 2020, Joe served as Principal Packaging Engineer at General Mills, where expertise in packaging sustainability strategy and project execution was leveraged within the Dairy category. Joe also held the position of Supply Chain Commercialization Leader, leading teams through new product commercialization and managing start-ups at external supply chain facilities. Prior to this, Joe was a Senior Packaging Engineer in the Yoplait division, responsible for new product and packaging development. Joe began a career at Kimberly-Clark as an intern from June 1999 to September 2001. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota.
