Elizabeth Mullen-Eaves

Libby Mullen-Eaves has extensive work experience in the field of people operations and culture. Elizabeth (Libby) currently holds the position of Head of People Operations & Culture for the Missouri Expansion at Curio Wellness since 2023. Prior to this, Libby worked at BizLibrary from 2016 to 2023, where they held various roles including Head of People Operations, Engagement & Inclusion. In this role, they oversaw DEI, recruiting, leadership development, culture, HR, and various other aspects of people management. Libby has also held positions at Pencils to Podiums as an HR Consultant and Executive Coach/HRBP, as well as at City Lifestyle as the Editor in Chief and Head of People Engagement & Enablement. Elizabeth (Libby) began their career at McGraw Hill as a Higher Education Sales Consultant/Editor with a focus on HR and DEI.

Elizabeth (Libby) Mullen-Eaves holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Education with a minor in Sociology from Missouri State University. Elizabeth (Libby) also has a Master of Science degree in Curriculum & Instruction from National Louis University, where they are a Leadership Program Candidate. In 2014-2015, they completed the Leadership Chesterfield program and received the Dedication Award for their training in Diversity & Inclusion. Additionally, they are a Certified Talent Optimization Consultant and a Certified Talent Optimization Leader from Predictive Index, specializing in Executive Coaching and Organizational Leadership. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Guest Lecturer at California State University-Sacramento, focusing on Organizational Effectiveness & Team Dynamics.
