Ashish Motivala

Ashish Motivala is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chair of the Board of Directors at CuriOdyssey, a position held since June 2021, and as a Board Member at the India Energy & Climate Center starting in April 2024. Ashish is also a Co-Founder of Motivate Fund, established in October 2020, which focuses on philanthropic support for climate and education solutions globally. As a Venture Partner at DNX Ventures since January 2020, Ashish contributes to various investment strategies. Previously, Ashish served as a Founding Engineer and Director of Engineering at Snowflake Computing from April 2013 to May 2024, where efforts were focused on developing innovative cloud data platform technologies. Prior experience includes significant roles at Oracle as a Principal Member of Technical Staff and Siebel Systems as a Senior Software Engineer. Ashish holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
