Constantine has a Bachelor of Business Administration and Psychology from Macquarie University. Before Curious Thing, he was a founding member of the Operations team at Nectr and has led retail teams with a focus on customer success. He is passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience and journey without compromising business outcomes and loves to explore the intersection of customer journeys, psychology, and technology.
