Audrey Wisch

Co-founder & CEO at Curious Cardinals

Audrey is currently pursuing a major in History with a double minor in Spanish and Feminist, Gender, and Sexuality at Stanford University. When she isn't in class, Audrey might be tutoring the Stanford custodial staff in ESL, racing around campus in her signature yellow backpack, listening to political podcasts, or speaking about criminal justice reform. In high school Audrey received the Scholar Athlete Award in recognition of her stellar academic and athletic achievements. A three season nationally ranked runner from 7th-12th grade, Audrey led the way as team captain from 10-12th grade and received countless MVP awards. She served as president of the debate team and founder of the Association to Benefit Children (ABC) Sports Club, in which she organized sporting events and tutored underprivileged kids.

At Stanford, Audrey tutors for HABLA, a club that pairs students with members of the Spanish-speaking custodial and janitorial staff to teach them English. She was also accepted into the Stanford Research Intensive program. This past summer, Audrey won a fellowship grant to conduct graduate-level research on the history of sexual assault narratives for Professor Estelle Freedman, one of the most prominent feminist historians in the country. She looks forward to sharing her boundless energy and passion for learning with her students!
