Rachel Disantis

Rachel Disantis is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Wound Care Certified (WCC), and Hyperbaric Technician currently serving as a Wound Care Nurse at Legacy Health Services since March 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as a Clinical Nurse Educator and Quality Auditor at AmeriWound, LLC, and as an LPN School Nurse at PSI Solutions, where responsibilities included providing medical care to K-4 students and acting as a liaison between parents and the school. Rachel’s earlier experience includes positions at University Hospitals, Healogics, Inc. as a Hyperbaric Tech & Safety Director, and Aurora Manor Special Care Center. Rachel completed education at Cuyahoga Valley Career Center from 2013 to 2014.
