Amy Swenson

Amy Swenson has over 25 years of work experience in various roles related to regulatory compliance, quality management, and health coaching.

Amy'smost recent position was as a Regulatory Compliance Director at Curiteva, Inc. where they led compliance activities for the Original Equipment Manufacturer and Contract Manufacturing sides of the business. Amy obtained MDSAP certification, implemented new hire orientation programs, and revised the Quality Management System to support both sides of the business. Amy also obtained a Tissue Bank License for storage and distribution of products.

Prior to that, Amy worked as a Certified Health Coach at Amy's Holistic Health, LLC.

Amy previously held roles at Par Pharmaceutical, Bayer HealthCare Animal Health, Teva Animal Health / Bayer HealthCare Animal Health, Baxter, Hospira Inc., Pharmacia / Pfizer, and Abbott Laboratories.

At Par Pharmaceutical, they served as the Sr. Director of Quality Systems and Technology, ensuring the implementation and maintenance of robust quality system structures and technology platforms.

Amy also held managerial positions at Bayer HealthCare Animal Health and Teva Animal Health, overseeing compliance and quality assurance activities.

At Baxter, they worked as the Global CAPA Director and later as the Director of Quality, managing various quality-related functions and projects.

Earlier in their career, Amy worked at Hospira and Pharmacia / Pfizer in quality assessment and compliance roles, and at Abbott Laboratories as a Microbiologist and QA Coordinator.

Amy Swenson completed their education in a chronological manner. In 1989, they attended Fort Hays State University and graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Amy'sfield of study at the university was General Science, with a focus on Biology and Chemistry. More recently, in 2017 and 2018, Amy enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where they completed a program in Integrative Nutrition and obtained the title of Health Coach.
