Karen Field

Karen Field has extensive leadership experience in various senior roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as CEO of Curo Services since November 2006, Karen previously held the position of Head of Operations at Charteris plc from June 2001 to October 2006. Prior to that, Karen was the Managing Director at The Mandelbrot Set (International) Limited for four years. Karen's career began as Director at Amber Consulting Services and also includes a role as Consulting Practice Manager / Principal Consultant at QA Training Limited, where Karen worked for nearly a decade.
