Mike Paling

Mike Paling is a seasoned professional in Microsoft talent solutions, currently serving as the Business Area Lead at Curo Services since January 2018. Under Mike's leadership, Curo has established a reputation as a specialist provider of Microsoft experts, offering various engagement models, including contract and permanent staffing, as well as fixed-price projects. Prior to this role, Mike worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant Lead at Cornucopia ITR from September 2013 to January 2018 and completed an internship as an investment analyst at Bentley Reid & Co (UK) Ltd in 2012.
