Ashley Naivar

Ashley Naivar, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of US Human Resources at CURO Financial Technologies Corp, leading HR initiatives for a team of over 1,200 individuals and specializing in coaching C-suite leaders on performance management and complex employee relations. Previously, Ashley held the role of Human Resources Manager at Siddons Martin Emergency Group, LLC, where support was provided to HR operations and program development. Earlier career experience includes various HR roles at Siddons Martin, and contributions to guest services with Marriott International, culminating in multiple promotions and recognition for excellence. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University.
