Elizabeth Richardson

Elizabeth Richardson is an accomplished Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director for US Operations at Volvo Cars since December 2021. With a robust background in HR, Elizabeth has held various roles with increasing responsibility at Metalsa Structural Products from 2015 to 2021, including Human Development Manager, Labor Relations Specialist, Facilitator, and Specialist, where key initiatives in employee relations, talent management, and union relations were successfully implemented. Elizabeth holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Dayton School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government with a minor in History from Murray State University.
