Gary Fulk

Mr. Fulk is their Chief Operating Officer, where he has responsibility for their US and Canadian branch operations and directs their central operations including sales, underwriting, and collections. Mr. Fulk joined their organization in December of 2021 with the acquisition of Heights Finance in the position of President. Mr. Fulk has over 28 years of consumer finance experience leading branch and central operations in support of the company's vision and strategy. Prior to his position with Heights Finance, Mr. Fulk was Senior Managing Director at OneMain Financial where he held numerous leadership and operational roles. Mr. Fulk earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Roanoke College.
