Shadakshari Chikkanna

Shadakshari Chikkanna has a strong background in software development and management, with experience working in various companies within the technology industry.

Starting in the year 2000, Shadakshari worked as a Senior Software engineer at Hewlett Packard, where they led a team of software developers and Qualification Engineers for device management applications. Shadakshari also designed and implemented the API Level Test Interface (ALTI) for testing device management applications.

In 2007, they joined LSI, an Avago Technologies Company, as a Software Development Engineering Manager. During their time there, they managed a team of software developers and successfully delivered releases of management software stack for Engenio storage systems.

In 2011, Shadakshari joined NetApp as a Software Engineering Manager. Shadakshari managed a team that developed storage management application solutions and utilities for NetApp's block storage systems. Shadakshari successfully delivered four releases of the management software stack.

Most recently, Shadakshari worked at CURO Financial Technologies Corp, starting in 2018 as a Manager of Software Quality Assurance. Shadakshari was later promoted to the role of Director of Software Quality Assurance in August 2021, where they currently hold the position.

Throughout their career, Shadakshari has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managing teams and delivering multiple projects on time. Shadakshari has experience working with a variety of programming languages and technologies, including Java, JavaScript, Web services, Rest API, C, C++, Python, and Perl.

Shadakshari Chikkanna obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University.
