Nathan Green

Nathan Green is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software quality assurance and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Software Quality Assurance at SEON since November 2025, Nathan leads a team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software through effective QA processes and automation in the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Prior to this role, Nathan held key leadership positions at Synchrony, focusing on quality-driven development and automation strategies. Nathan's tenure at Ally included implementing automation frameworks that significantly reduced manual testing efforts. Nathan also directed QE and SDET teams at Mastercard, enhancing automation coverage and improving regression cycles. Earlier roles at Vyze and Microsoft involved architecting automation strategies and shaping quality engineering across flagship products. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Gonzaga University and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Spokane Falls Community College.
