Derrick Gellidon

Derrick Gellidon is the Director of Talent at Curology. Derrick has over 10 years of experience in recruiting and talent management.

Prior to joining Curology, Derrick was the Technical Recruiting Manager at Lyft. Derrick was responsible for sourcing and hiring top engineering talent for the company.

Before Lyft, Derrick was the Recruiting Manager at Leanplum, where they oversaw all recruiting efforts and built the company's recruiting team from scratch.

Derrick started their career as a Recruiting Lead at Instacart. Derrick then moved to YouTube, where they worked as a Sr. Technical Recruiter on a contract basis.

After YouTube, Derrick became the Head of Talent at Apteligent, which was acquired by VMWare. Derrick then joined Twitter as a Technical Sourcer before moving to Google, where they worked as a Technical Sourcer for over a year.

Derrick's final move before joining Curology was to the Golden State Warriors, where they worked as a Marketing Associate for three years.

Derrick Gellidon has a Master of Science in Organization Development from the School of Business and Professional Studies at the University of San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Merced. Derrick also attended Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory.
