Director, Medical Development Affairs at Curology

Stephanie W. began their career in 2013 as a Registered Nurse at Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center. In 2016, they moved to Tufts Medical Center as a Clinical Instructor and Nurse Practitioner, where they managed administration of eClinicalWorks and provided user training. In 2018, Stephanie joined Curology as a Senior Manager of Medical Affairs, and soon after became the Chief of Staff of Medical Development. In this role, they developed and led company-wide medical strategy through data analysis, managed a team of clinician leaders, drove the creation and delivery of dermatology education, and generated and led scoping of new cosmetic, over-the-counter, and Rx product initiatives. Stephanie also served as the Product Development and Lab Lead and Nurse Practitioner, where they strategized the formulation development of new prescription products, guided medical product development of four successful product launches, and drove the ingredient research and medical development of 35 new prescription formulas for a new brand launch. Lastly, Stephanie was a Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner.

Stephanie W. has a diverse educational background. Stephanie began their educational journey in 2008 when they earned a Phlebotomy Certificate from Quinebaug Valley Community College. Stephanie then attended Becker College from 2010 to 2012, where they earned an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Continuing their studies at Becker College, they then earned a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse in 2014. Finally, in 2016, Stephanie earned a Master of Science in Family Practice Nurse Practitioner from Regis College.
